We are a property management company, all the homes on this website are individually owned.

| Is there a minimum night stay requirement? |
Yes - 2 nights is our normal requirement. The following holidays require longer stays:
Martin Luther King weekend ..... 3 nights Presidents Day weekend ......... 3 nights Fourth of July weekend .......... 3 nights Labor Day weekend .............. 3 nights Thanksgiving weekend .......... 3 nights Christmas .......................... 5 nights New Years ........................ 5 nights

| Can I bring my pet on vacation? |
We have many pet-friendly homes. Use the property search feature on this website, or call us and we'll help you find a great home for you and your pet.

| What if I need to cancel my reservation? |
Your reservation is 100% refundable if you cancel within 7 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, and is non-refundable unless cancellation insurance is purchased.

| What is cancellation insurance? |
Cancellation insurance covers 100% of trip cost due to cancellation, interruption, and/or delay. It is available through CSI Insurance Services for 6.5% of the rental amount.

| Where do I check-in? |
We have 5 conveniently located offices around the lake. You'll check-in at the office closest to your rental home, and we'll provide you with maps, keys, and directions to your property.

| Do you require a deposit? |
A 35% pre-payment is required to reserve your vacation home. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. We take an impression of your credit card in lieu of a security deposit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and cash.
